Terms of Service

Detoxx Pro is a browser-based music production, DJ training, radio, and AI-assisted content creation platform. Features may change, ship in beta, or be removed at any time.

The service depends on third-party AI models, cloud infrastructure, and streaming networks. Availability, latency, and quality are subject to those providers.

You must be 13 or older to use the platform. If you are under 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the audio, video, images, lyrics, and other content you upload or generate (“User Content”).

You grant Toxxic Decibels a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcode, and display your User Content for the sole purpose of operating the service.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, and clearances required for any sample, vocal, image, or third-party material you upload — including any rights to the voices, likenesses, or lyrics of others.

The platform uses generative AI to produce audio, images, video, transcripts, chat responses, and stems. AI output is provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, offensive, or infringing. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or distributing it.

You may not use the service to generate voice clones, likenesses, or deepfakes of any real person without that person’s explicit written consent.

You will not use the service to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights; harass, defame, or threaten any person; upload malware or attempt to breach security; scrape, resell, or white-label the platform without written permission; or attempt to circumvent rate limits, credits, or paywalls.

Some features consume credits or require a paid plan. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

AI-driven audio, video, and chat features depend on high-bandwidth internet, modern hardware, and third-party providers. Some latency, disconnects, or degraded quality is expected and is not a defect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toxxic Decibels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts in Fairfax County, Virginia.
