How to file a DMCA notice
Send an email to dmca@dailydetoxx.com with all of the following:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. Identification of the URL(s) or specific location of the material on the platform.
3. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If content of yours was removed and you believe it was in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact and the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
