Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email, display name, avatar, and authentication provider (Google or email/password).

User content: audio, MIDI, images, videos, lyrics, prompts, chat transcripts, and playlist metadata that you upload or generate.

Usage data: session logs, feature usage, device type, browser, IP address, and diagnostic telemetry used to keep the service reliable.

Payments: handled by third-party processors (Stripe, Paddle). We do not store full card numbers.

To operate the platform: authentication, storing your studio sessions, streaming your radio channel, producing AI output, and syncing MIDI/DJ hardware.

To improve the platform: analytics, debugging, and quality monitoring of AI models.

To communicate with you: transactional email about account, billing, security, and material product changes.

To generate audio, images, video, transcripts, and chat responses we route requests through third-party AI providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, fal.ai, and Perplexity, and through the Lovable AI Gateway and Cloudflare edge network.

Prompts, uploaded reference material, and generated output are transmitted to those providers to fulfill your request. Do not upload confidential material you are not permitted to share with third-party AI services.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, storage, AI, analytics, payments, email); (b) law-enforcement or courts when legally required; and (c) any successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies and browser localStorage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and persist studio state. Blocking these will break parts of the app.

We retain your account and user content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at privacy@dailydetoxx.com. Backups may persist for up to 90 days after deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information about you. Contact privacy@dailydetoxx.com to exercise these rights. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@dailydetoxx.com and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored data. No online service is 100% secure — you use the platform at your own risk.
